General Provisions

tk6y ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and entertainment service provider for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk6y and its users.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. tk6y reserves the right to immediately close an account if false or misleading information is provided.

Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. tk6y will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized use, unless it is proven that the fault lies entirely within our system.

Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tk6y is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are expected to be credited to your account instantly; however, in the case of technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

• Wagering requirements related to bonuses must be met
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals

4.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The responsibility for paying income tax or any other applicable taxes rests entirely with the user.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, registration must be completed and the first deposit made.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once
• A bonus may only be used on the services specified in the offer
• tk6y reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• If an account is cancelled for any reason, the bonus balance will be forfeited
• If bonus abuse is suspected, an investigation will be conducted and the account may be suspended if necessary

Prohibited Activities

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods

• Operating multiple accounts
• Harassing or intimidating other users or staff
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk6y platform — including software, design, logos, text, graphics, icons, and gaming content — is the exclusive property of tk6y or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission from tk6y is prohibited.

tk6y may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

12.2 Cancellation by the User
